Privacy: We respect the privacy of our patients. Any information supplied to us by a patient is only used for medical purposes (consultations with other practitioners regarding a case), billing purposes, or for correspondences with a patient’s insurance company.

Patient’s information on a chart is not available to anyone other than the team of Optimum Dentistry for the purposes stated above.
